2. What data the game processes

Game progress: Your progress is stored only locally on your device. There is no user account, and we do not receive your progress.

Advertising (Google AdMob): When you voluntarily watch a reward video, the game loads ads via Google AdMob. Google processes, among other things, your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and your interaction with the ad. Personalised ads are only shown with your consent. Consent (Google User Messaging Platform): On first launch in Switzerland, the EU, the EEA and the UK we ask for your consent. Your choice is stored on the device and can be changed at any time under Settings → Privacy settings. On iPhone and iPad, Apple additionally asks whether the app may track you across other companies' apps (App Tracking Transparency).

In-app purchases: Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive no payment data, only confirmation of which product was bought.

Notifications: Reminders about finished build times are local notifications on your device. No data is transmitted for them. You can turn them off in the game's or your device's settings.

No other data: The game does not use its own usage analytics and does not transmit any other personal data to us.

3. Legal bases

We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personalised ads require consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), purchases are processed to perform a contract (b), and non-personalised ads that fund the free game are based on legitimate interest (f).

4. Transfers abroad

Google may also process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the Swiss-US or EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

5. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Switzerland: the FDPIC).
